A foreign ambulance does not replace the services of a general practitioner!

We accept payments in cash or by credit card only for acute, medically necessary care, urgent care and for procedures not covered by Czech public health insurance.

For operational reasons, there is a charge of 75 CZK for the verification of the validity of the Czech public health insurance in case of loss or theft of the card or if you have forgotten it.

A fee of 150 CZK is collected for the primary and repeated registration of the European Insurance Card at the Self-pay Care Department for EU residents.
