Mr. Miloš Zeman is today on the 20th day after surgery for critical hypoperfusion of the lower limb caused by a blood clot. In the course of the hybrid procedure, he underwent plastic surgery of the artery, removal of the blood clot, patency of the arterial channel and two fasciotomies of the lower leg due to the developing swelling of the limb.
